As a graduate of the Ravi Study Program (RSP) 2023–2024 cohort, I had the opportunity to reconnect with a few students from the 2024–2025 cohort during a recent meet-up. I offered insights into the tech industry, and discuss strategies for navigating software recruitment pipeline. I spoke with them about company programs, interview tips, and project ideas. Additionally, I had the chance of running a few mock interview sessions with a few people to assist them in their ongoing applications.
